About the restoration of your firm to the Register
If you have chosen a company restoration service, please note that our service includes: -(i) The preparation of all paperwork; the application at the Companies House & Treasure Solicitors;
We will ask you to make a payment on instructions together with an amount to cover any necessary disbursements.
The fees quoted below are standard for most applications and do not cover: -
(i) The payment of any fees payable to Companies House such as late filing fees or any accountancy fees necessary for the preparation and filing of accounts;
(ii) Late filing penalties; or
(iii) Dealing with any other legal issues which may arise although our legal staff will be pleased to assist on such issues and will be pleased to provide a quotation on request.
Late Filing PenaltiesThe level of any late filing penalty depends on how late the accounts are the Registrar receives them. In the case of accounts delivered on restoration, the period during which the company was dissolved is normally disregarded. For example, a set of accounts that should have been delivered 2 months before a private company was dissolved are normally regarded as 2 months late if they are delivered on restoration, the late filing penalty is still £100.00.
Our professional fees cover the application for a company restoration to the Register. The payment of late filing penalties are not included into our price.
