When setting up a limited company in the UK, one of the key requirements is providing a registered office address. It’s been 5 days since Companies House’s first set of changes to Companies Law has come in force. Implementation of changes meant Companies House shutting down their web-incorporation system for some time to upload and test a new version of Company Registration software to make sure it’s up to date and compliant with the requirements of the new legislation.
