Get your company online by claiming your free .co.uk domain name, supplied by a local Internet cerise provider. You will be need to indicate a company domain name and the email address in to the extra comments on our web-application form. And we will register a domain name, add unto 3 email addresses for free, and host them for 1-years free of charge.

Important: The cost of the domain will be £0.00 when ordered via our website for 12 months using our set up services. Next year renewal fee for a domain name will be £14.00, for keeping upto three emails accounts will be £16.00 per year. and to keep a hosting price with the email forwarding will cost you up-to £28.00 per a calendar year.

About when your company will be ready

The formation of a limited company usually takes as little as four to six hours from the time that your application & payment are received by Coddan. We will file your application electronically with the Companies House, allowing the fastest possible business registration.

This generally means that if you place an order before 13:00 (London time) on the normal working day; your private company will be registered by the end of that day.

Companies registration' can sometimes takes slightly longer. Although the majority of companies are incorporating within a maximum of twenty four hours, there may be occasions where the process takes longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

About the money laundering regulations and registration of your company

To comply with Money Laundering Regulations 2007 (MLR 2007), The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations (MLR 2017) and The Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (MLRs) and London Local Authorities Act 2007 the regulations, we are required to identify the people who we provide service for and, therefore, ask for copies of the identification documents for the directors/shareholders and beneficial owers of all companies that we undertake to incorporate or companies that are transferred to our administration.

We are now do offering the online verification for identification of documents.

Once you order has been placed you will be requested to provide clear scan of your identification documents – proof of ID and address to our compliance team by email. we will use mobile number provided in the application form to send you a text message with a link where you will be able to upload a photo of your ID document and a selfie for on-line facial recognition.

Once that is done, we will receive an automatic email confirming the verification has been completed and we will be able to proceed with your order.
