SR01 AddressSwitch™ provides a coordinated route where an individual's historical home address remains in a current public-address position that must be corrected before the SR01 application can proceed.
Coddan reviews the CLG's Companies House public record and identifies whether the current address issue concerns the registered office, SAIL or a serving director's service address. The service then connects the required current-address correction with the historical suppression process.
The package includes one prerequisite current-address filing together with a focused filing-history review covering up to three apparently eligible documents. Coddan prepares the affected-document schedule, the SR01 application and the applicable official-fee calculation so that the current-address change and historical suppression can be coordinated as one defined workflow.
Before submission, the individual reviews the completed SR01 application and document schedule, confirms their accuracy and signs the required declaration. Coddan then coordinates the applicable filings and provides the relevant service record within the agreed scope.
The professional fee is £195 + VAT. The separate Companies House SR01 fee is currently £34 for each document listed. This package covers one prerequisite current-address filing and one SR01 application covering up to three apparently eligible documents; additional filings, further documents, rejection work or broader record correction require a different scope or agreed extension.
