The International Formation™ package is designed for customers whose proposed LLP formation has passed Coddan’s readiness, ownership, identity, evidence and risk checks and can proceed through the accepted international formation route.
The package provides the following formation work:
1. Review of the accepted international formation route and applicable readiness conditions;
2. Preparation of the approved LLP incorporation particulars;
3. Coordination of the required participant evidence for the formation filing;
4. Coordination of the required identity and KYC steps;
5. Submission of the LLP filing through the approved route;
6. Recording and supplying the resulting incorporation record after acceptance.
Coddan will complete the accepted formation work for the proposed LLP using the international formation route established during the readiness process.
The formation work covers preparing the approved incorporation particulars, coordinating the required participant evidence, and submitting the LLP filing through the applicable route.
Each participant must complete the required identity and KYC steps, approve the filing particulars and satisfy any conditions imposed during the readiness review. The professional outcome is an incorporated LLP with its accepted international evidence route recorded, subject to Companies House acceptance.
Our business consultants are available for an initial consultation by email or phone if you require clarification about the formation procedure, participant requirements or the scope of the package. For further information, please contact us at +44 (0) 207 935 5171 or 0330 808 0089.
Coddan will prepare and submit the formation filing once the accepted route, required participant information, evidence and approvals are in place and all applicable readiness conditions have been satisfied.
The professional fee for the formation service is £295 + VAT. The applicable Companies House fee is separate at £100 for standard software incorporation or £156 where same-day filing is available and accepted.
This is a one-off formation service with no automatic renewal. Companies House retains responsibility for deciding whether the incorporation is accepted and its processing or requests for further information may affect when the LLP is formally incorporated.
The formation service depends on the information and evidence already accepted through the applicable readiness route. Each participant must provide the required information, complete the applicable identity and KYC steps and approve the incorporation particulars.
Foreign-law opinions, tax residence advice, banking arrangements, translations, certification, apostille, legalisation and complex corporate-chain work are separate unless expressly quoted.
The package provides the accepted formation service but does not determine foreign-law, tax, banking or other third-party matters. Companies House, verification providers and other relevant third parties retain responsibility for their own decisions.
