The Complex International™ package is designed for customers whose proposed LLP formation involves layered ownership, several jurisdictions, foreign corporate participants, enhanced evidence or other facts that fall outside the fixed international formation scope.
The package provides the following scoped formation work:
1. Mapping the proposed participants, jurisdictions and ownership/control chain;
2. Reviewing the available group, ownership and corporate-structure evidence;
3. Identifying documentary dependencies and enhanced evidence requirements affecting the proposed formation;
4. Identifying required foreign-law, tax, regulatory or other professional inputs before formation can proceed;
5. Defining the responsibilities, conditions and dependencies applying to the accepted formation route;
6. Preparing a controlled formation plan and written scope and quotation for formation work Coddan can accept.
Coddan will map the proposed participants, jurisdictions, ownership and control chain and review the documentary information available for the proposed structure so that the formation work can be scoped against the facts and evidence supplied.
The assessment is intended for international cases involving additional structural, documentary or jurisdictional complexity. It identifies the professional inputs, conditions and dependencies that must be addressed before Coddan proceeds with formation work within its accepted scope.
The professional outcome is a controlled formation plan setting out the accepted responsibilities, conditions and separately owned dependencies, together with a written scope and quotation for formation work Coddan can accept.
Our business consultants are available for an initial consultation by email or phone if you require clarification about the assessment, the information required or the scope of the package. For further information, please contact us at +44 (0) 207 935 5171 or 0330 808 0089.
Coddan will prepare the formation scope once the required group, participant, jurisdiction, ownership, control and documentary information has been supplied and is usable for assessment.
The professional fee starts from £495 + VAT and will be confirmed in writing following assessment. The £100 incorporation fee and all third-party charges are separate. This is an individually scoped service with no automatic renewal or open-ended commitment.
Formation work will proceed only within the scope accepted by Coddan and after any required professional clearances and stated conditions have been satisfied.
The assessment depends on complete disclosure of the proposed group and ownership structure, relevant jurisdictions and usable supporting evidence for the participants, entities and control chain involved.
Advice, translations, certification, notarisation, apostille, legalisation, enhanced verification, banking and other professional work are separate unless expressly accepted and quoted. Any required foreign-law, tax or regulatory clearance must be obtained before Coddan proceeds where applicable.
A less complex accepted case may be suitable for International Formation™, while an unsettled case may begin with International Readiness™. The scope or quotation does not guarantee acceptance by Companies House, a bank, regulator or any other third party.
