This package is particularly attractive to any aspiring entrepreneur starting up a representative office in UK; who has a clear understanding of the mandatory responsibilities that accompanies running a brunch, who need the local temporary registered office address. This option does not come withe the provision of a nominee director or/and nominee shareholder services. You need to appoint at least permanent representative.
What do you get?
We will register your new branch from scratch using our own domiciled address in United Kingdom, and appoint your own candidate(s) as permanent representative. Upon incorporation, these details will be registered as the original details of your branch. The information and details of your foreign company and permanent representative appears on the public records.
