“Same-Day Name Change™” Package Overview

The “Same-Day Name Change™” package is a conditional, one-off filing service for an existing LLP with a settled, eligible proposed name, complete member authority and instructions supplied to Coddan within the accepted operational window.

The package provides the following services:

1. Review of the proposed LLP name and the supplied information for the same-day name-change application.
2. Checks of the proposed name and supporting evidence within the agreed service scope.
3. Preparation of the supporting member resolution for the proposed name change.
4. Preparation of the Companies House name-change filing.
5. Submission of the application through the available official Companies House same-day name-change route, subject to eligibility and the applicable cut-off.
6. Confirmation of submission and provision of the available completion record following processing.

About the same-day LLP name-change service

Coddan will review the proposed LLP name and supporting information, prepare the member resolution and filing, and submit the application through the available official Companies House same-day route, provided the application is eligible and the complete instructions and approvals reach Coddan within the accepted operational window.

The service is intended for an LLP with a settled proposed name and complete authority to make the change. You remain responsible for providing complete instructions, obtaining member approval and supplying any required permission or supporting evidence before the applicable cut-off.

The professional outcome is an eligible LLP name-change application submitted using the official same-day service. Same-day submission does not guarantee same-day acceptance and does not resolve sensitive-word, consent or trade-mark issues. Companies House controls the availability, processing and acceptance of the same-day route.

When your same-day LLP name-change filing will be submitted

Coddan will prepare and submit the application through the available official same-day route once the proposed name is eligible, the required member authority and supporting information are complete, and the instructions and approvals have been received within the accepted operational window.

The fixed professional fee for this service is £95 + VAT. The separate Companies House same-day name-change fee is £85. This is a one-off conditional service with no automatic renewal.

Same-day submission depends on the application meeting the relevant requirements and the instructions reaching Coddan before the applicable cut-off. Late instructions, an ineligible or rejected proposed name, or unresolved consent or sensitive-word issues may prevent same-day submission. Companies House retains control over the availability, processing and acceptance of the same-day route.

About the information required for your same-day LLP name change

The service depends on you supplying a settled, eligible proposed LLP name, complete instructions, the necessary member approval and any required permission or supporting evidence before the applicable cut-off. Incomplete or late instructions may prevent the application from being submitted through the same-day route.

Trade-mark advice or clearance, resolving sensitive-word or consent issues, late-instruction handling and third-party updates are separate and are not included in the fixed professional fee.
