“Individual Member Event™” Package Overview

The “Individual Member Event™” package is a focused filing service for an existing LLP requiring one settled appointment, cessation or change of particulars event involving an individual member.

The package provides the following professional services:

1. Review of the stated individual-member event and the information supplied.
2. Check of the effective date, LLP authority and accepted supporting evidence.
3. Identification of missing information or evidence that may need to be resolved before submission.
4. Preparation of the applicable Companies House member filing for one individual-member event.
5. Submission through the appropriate standard filing route.
6. Supply of the completion record following processing.

About the individual member event filing

Coddan will review the stated event, effective date, authority and accepted supporting evidence supplied for one individual member appointment, cessation or change of particulars. We will prepare the applicable member filing and submit it through the appropriate standard filing route.

The service is intended for an individual-member event where the underlying decision and proposed change have already been settled. The LLP must confirm that the underlying decision is valid and that the information and effective date are complete before submission.

The professional outcome is one individual-member event carried through the correct filing route, with a completion record supplied following processing. The filing does not itself transfer economic rights, settle a dispute or amend the LLP agreement. Companies House—not Coddan—decides whether the filing is accepted.

When your individual member event filing will be completed

Coddan will prepare and submit the filing once the event, effective date, required authority and supporting information have been supplied and are complete for the agreed service.

The fixed professional fee is £65 + VAT for one individual-member event. No separate Companies House filing fee is recorded for this standard event under the approved schedule. The service is a one-off filing service with no automatic renewal.

Identity verification, additional documentary evidence, LLP agreement amendments and professional advice remain separate where required. About the information required for your individual member event filing

The LLP must provide the details of the individual member and the event, confirm the effective date and underlying authority, and supply the required information and accepted supporting evidence. The LLP remains responsible for confirming that the underlying decision is valid and that the information provided is complete and accurate.
