We will identify the appropriate filing sequence, prepare the applicable filing or filings within the agreed scope and supply the completion record.

The service is intended for a single, defined control or corporate-member event where the relevant facts and authority can be established from the information supplied. The LLP must provide the complete ownership and control facts and the required supporting evidence. Identity verification alone does not establish authority or PSC status.

The professional outcome is one defined control or corporate-member event taken through its proper filing route. A filing records the notified position; it does not create ownership, transfer economic rights or amend the LLP agreement. Companies House decides whether the filing is accepted.

The fixed professional fee is £125 + VAT for one accepted PSC or straightforward UK corporate-member event. No separate Companies House filing fee is recorded for the standard event under the approved schedule. The service is a one-off filing service with no automatic renewal.

Foreign corporate chains, disputed control, missing authority, legal opinions, documentary certification and several linked events require separate assessment.
