Companies House essential maintenance

Please be advised that Companies House has scheduled an essential maintenance of their system which will run from Thursday, 3rd July 2025 until 9:00 AM on Monday, 7th July 2025.

During this period, their online services will be unavailable, which may affect the ability to:

• File documents online (including incorporations and confirmation statements);
• Access company information;
• Use Companies House API services;
• Submit applications via WebFiling or other digital channels;

Web-site, application forms and ID verification services will continue working as normal. There will also be normal email and telephone support within standard business hours, however, any company formation applications or requests for filing of annual confirmation statements will be held in the Companies House’ queue, until services resume as normal.
