“LLP Confirmation Statement™” Package Overview

The “LLP Confirmation Statement™” package is a focused filing service for an existing LLP approaching its confirmation date, where the registered information is settled and ready for review and submission to Companies House.

The package provides the following filing work:

1. Review of the supplied registered information and the LLP’s current public register position.
2. Identification of any apparent discrepancies or information requiring clarification before the confirmation statement is prepared.
3. Identification of any separately required event filings relating to members, designated members, persons with significant control (PSCs), registered office or other registered particulars.
4. Preparation of one LLP confirmation statement based on the information supplied and reviewed.
5. Coordination of your review and approval of the prepared confirmation statement.
6. Submission of the approved confirmation statement to Companies House for the relevant payment period.

About the LLP confirmation statement service

Coddan will review the registered information you supply, consider the current public register position and prepare one confirmation statement for your LLP. Where the review identifies a change requiring a separate event filing, Coddan will identify that requirement so the appropriate filing route can be considered.

The service is intended for an LLP with a routine, settled register position ready for review and filing. You remain responsible for checking the registered information, supplying any required Companies House personal codes, providing accurate information and approving the confirmation statement before submission.

The professional outcome is one LLP confirmation statement reviewed, approved and filed for the relevant payment period. A confirmation statement does not replace overdue member, PSC, registered-office or other event filings, and the preparation of the statement does not itself complete those separate filings.

When your LLP confirmation statement will be filed

Coddan will prepare and coordinate submission once the required registered information has been supplied, any necessary clarification has been addressed and you have approved the confirmation statement.

The professional fee for the service is £99 + VAT. The £50 digital Companies House confirmation-statement fee is separate. The service covers one filing for the relevant payment period and is a one-off commissioned service with no automatic renewal.

The service does not guarantee acceptance of the confirmation statement or any associated filing. Companies House determines whether submitted documents are accepted. Any statutory consequences arising from overdue filings remain subject to the applicable requirements and Companies House decisions.

About the information required for your LLP confirmation statement

The service depends on complete and accurate information about the LLP’s registered particulars, including its members, designated members, PSCs, registered office and any other information relevant to the confirmation statement. You must check the public register, provide any required personal codes and approve the statement before it is submitted.

Separate member or PSC event filings, registered-office changes, identity verification, complex PSC remediation, accounts and ongoing filing-calendar management are not included in the £99 + VAT professional fee unless separately agreed and quoted.
