“MultiEvent Change™” Package Overview

The “MultiEvent Change™” package is a coordinated filing service for an existing LLP with linked member, designated-status, PSC or straightforward UK corporate-member events. It is designed for cases where several connected changes need to be handled in a planned sequence rather than as isolated filings.

The package provides the following professional services:

1. Review of the proposed linked member, designated-status, PSC or UK corporate-member events.
2. Mapping of the changes to identify the appropriate filing sequence and dependencies.
3. Review of the relevant authority, effective dates and accepted supporting evidence supplied.
4. Identification of the Companies House filings required for the agreed changes.
5. Preparation of a written quotation confirming the professional fee and agreed scope before implementation work begins.
6. Coordination of the approved filing work in the agreed sequence and supply of available completion records.

About the MultiEvent Change service

Coddan will review the proposed connected changes, map the required sequence, assess the authority and effective dates supplied, and identify the accepted supporting evidence and filings required for the agreed work.

Before coordinating the filing work, Coddan will provide a written quotation based on the number and sequence of events and their evidence requirements. The service is intended to provide one coherent change sequence, taking account of dependencies between the relevant filings rather than treating each change in isolation.

Every affected decision and effective date must be settled. The LLP must provide complete and accurate ownership and control information, together with the required authority and supporting evidence. Disputed rights or incomplete ownership facts may prevent routine processing.

The professional outcome is a coordinated filing sequence for the approved events. The service does not resolve disputes, provide foreign-law or ownership opinions, amend the LLP agreement or transfer economic rights. Companies House retains responsibility for deciding whether each submitted filing is accepted.

When your MultiEvent Change service will be completed

Coddan will begin the agreed implementation work once the relevant events have been assessed, the required authority, effective dates and supporting information have been supplied, and the written quotation has been accepted.

The professional fee starts at £195 + VAT. The final fee will be confirmed in writing after the number, sequence and evidence requirements of the events have been assessed. No separate Companies House fee is recorded for the routine event filings in the approved schedule. Identity verification, certification and other professional costs remain separate where required.

The service is limited to the events and implementation work expressly agreed in the written quotation. It does not automatically include additional events, identity verification, certification, legal opinions or other professional work outside the agreed scope. Companies House retains the decision on every submitted filing.

About the information required for your MultiEvent Change service

The LLP must provide a complete account of all connected changes, including the affected members, designated-status changes, PSC events or straightforward UK corporate-member events. The information supplied must include the relevant authority, effective dates, ownership and control facts, and accepted supporting evidence required to establish the appropriate filing sequence.

Every affected decision and effective date must be settled before the relevant filing work proceeds. Disputed rights, incomplete ownership facts or missing authority may require separate assessment. Foreign corporate chains, disputed control, foreign-law or ownership opinions, documentary certification, identity verification and additional professional costs are not automatically included and will be addressed separately where required.

The package does not amend the LLP agreement or transfer economic rights. For a single event, the more specific service may be appropriate: Individual Member Event, Designated-Status Event or PSC or UK Corporate Member Event. Address and records changes are handled separately through the LLP address and records service.

The service does not guarantee acceptance of any filing. Companies House retains responsibility for deciding whether each submitted filing is accepted.
