6. Provision of completion records for the filing work undertaken, with identification of any outstanding information or evidence issues.

About the Multi-Record Update service

Coddan will review the supplied instructions and map the connected address and records particulars to establish the filing sequence for the defined bundle of related changes. The service covers registered-office, member service-address, inspection-location and records-location events within the agreed scope.

The package is intended to coordinate related changes as one coherent filing exercise rather than treating each event in isolation. You remain responsible for identifying every affected record and providing complete, accurate particulars, usable proposed addresses and the relevant effective dates.

The professional outcome is a coordinated set of related address and records updates prepared and submitted through the applicable filing routes. The service does not include complex historic reconstruction or correction, annual address provision, mail handling, storage, or member and PSC changes.

When your Multi-Record Update service will be completed

Coddan can begin the filing work once the complete bundle has been defined and the required instructions, affected records, filing authority, proposed addresses, effective dates and supporting information have been supplied and are usable for review.

The fixed professional fee is £95 + VAT for one defined standard bundle. No separate Companies House fee is recorded for the routine filings covered by the approved schedule. This is a one-off service with no automatic renewal.

The completion process depends on receiving complete and consistent information and resolving any issues affecting the proposed filing sequence. Annual address services, mail handling, storage, complex historic corrections and member or PSC changes are separate services. Companies House retains the decision on each filing, and submission does not guarantee acceptance.

About the information required for your Multi-Record Update service

The service depends on complete instructions identifying the LLP, every affected address or records location, the current and proposed particulars, the applicable jurisdiction, the authority for each change, the effective dates and any supporting evidence required for the relevant filings.

The package covers one defined bundle of related address and records changes. It does not include annual address provision, mail handling, storage, complex historic corrections, or member and PSC changes.
