Prices are shown before applicable VAT. The initial package price includes the first year of registered-office service. The annual renewal column shows the charge to continue the company’s registered-office service after that first year. Ask your personal manager about the renewal terms for any separate director service address.
For the UK-resident online order form, VAT is added to Coddan’s service charges. For the non-UK-resident online order form, Coddan does not add VAT. Where the package includes the Companies House incorporation fee, VAT applies to Coddan’s charge rather than the statutory fee. Your selected order total reflects applicable VAT and any extra services you choose.

Coddan scans covered company correspondence free of charge and uploads the scans to your customer portal. London ProtectPro™ also covers correspondence under the included director service-address arrangement. If you need original documents sent on, ask about physical forwarding. If you want Coddan to respond to a notice or make a filing, arrange that work separately.

Companies House identity verification and Coddan’s anti-money-laundering customer checks serve different purposes. Coddan’s formation-client charge is £30 per person for KYC where an existing Companies House Personal Code is available. Where the person does not have a code, the same £30 covers KYC and the applicable Companies House verification through Coddan. Applicable VAT follows the order-form treatment above.
