Registered address of your North of Irish LLP set-up: it may seem people at the Companies House and HMRC enjoy and delight in disappointing filing submitted for anLLP and businesses to be registered, but the case is that many people submit faulty filings that can't be officially admitted and accepted. One of such instances where many intending company owners make such mistake is in the address of businesses.
Every LLP in Northern Ireland must keep a register of members’ residential addresses. It is a basic requirement that filings must have. The register must depict the residential address of each LLP member and the address must be correct. In a case where a member’s usual residential address is the same as his service address, the register of member's residential address need only to contain an entry to that effect. This does not apply of course to an instance where his service address is the same as "the LLP's registered office address".
Defaulters to this requirement of registration are regarded as offenders and in this case will consist of everyone who is registered in the limited liability partnership.
