The Constitutional Transition

The service is designed to move the company from its existing Model Articles to a Coddan-prepared CLG constitutional framework incorporating the client's agreed objects.

What does CC04 do?

CC04 provides the formal Companies House notification of a change to the company's objects. It forms part of the statutory filing process when an existing CLG changes its registered company objects.

What CC04 does not do

Submitting CC04 does not, by itself, replace the company's wider corporate documentation. Depending on the change, the company may also need the appropriate corporate approval, resolutions and updated constitutional documentation.
