Qualifying correspondence received through the included services can be scanned and uploaded to the Dedicated Manager Portal. Coddan then provides a continuing professional point of contact for the directors and practical assistance with relevant Companies House administration, company correspondence, changes in corporate information and applicable HMRC administrative matters. The service can also provide relevant reminders and help the directors identify when a filing, resolution or further professional action may be required. A private Company Limited by Guarantee is not required to appoint a company secretary, so this is a chosen continuing-support service rather than a condition of incorporation. Directors remain responsible for the company and its statutory obligations.
